Fighting for Unity

Today, we study from Ephesians 4:1-6. The apostle Paul urges Christians to “live a life worthy of their calling,” and what this means is that they maintain unity in Christ.

Here are some discussion questions to consider from this passage of Scripture:

  1. Where else do we see the Scriptures emphasize unity among God’s people? What does unity look like among God’s people?

  2. What does it mean to “be completely humble and gentle”? What would be a good example of this?

  3. Can you remember a time where you benefit from patience? What does the Bible teach us about patience?

  4. What does it look like to “bear with one another in love?

  5. How can we “make every effort” to advocate for unity among God’s people? What does that look like?
