October is Pastor Appreciation Month! This is our chance as church members to show our joy and gratitude for our servant leaders who work tirelessly for the gospel. Consider how you can use your personal gifts, talents, resources, and words of encouragement to show thanks to Pastor Mike and his family.
Join us for a Family Friendly Packing Event on Sunday, October 29th for Food 4 Kidz after the service till about 1:00pm in the Gathering Room! If you are interested in packing food or helping with snacks for the event, please reach out to Nicole G or the office.
The next Craft & Create Weekend will be November 3rd & 4th. Friday 6pm - 10pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Ladies can bring their own beverage, snack to share, money for lunch on Saturday, project(s) to work on and supplies (Cutting mats, irons & ironing board provided). Contact Carrie S to reserve a table (or chair). Invite a friend and come when you can, leave when you must!
Pastor Mike will be unavailable Oct 17-25. The church office will be closed Oct 17, 19 & 24. Carrie will be in the office her regular hours Mondays 1-5pm, Wednesdays & Fridays 1-4pm. Please reach out to an Elder or Deacon(ess) or your small group leader with any urgent needs.
There is a flier available for Fall 2023 Small Groups. Feel free to pick one up and reach out to the contact person for more details if there is a group you would like to join.
Those who have completed the HEFC Membership Classes and would like to take the next step to become members please fill out your application and contact the church office. Elder interviews need to be completed by Nov 2nd so that names can be published in time for the next Congregational Meeting.
